Position Overview:

This is a full-time remote role for a UX/UI Designer. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of visual designs, creating brand identities, website designs, mockups, and user experience and interface design. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design strategies that align with our marketing goals and business objectives.
• Lead UX/UI design efforts to ensure all digital assets provide an exceptional user experience and meet conversion optimization goals.
• Oversee brand development, including maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and above expectations.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure designs are cohesive and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Communicate design visions and rationales clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and digital marketing strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Have previous experience in Branding, Logo creation, Website Design, Visual Design, Mockups, and User Interface Design skills
• User Experience (UX) and Front-End Development skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision)
• Proficiency in Figma for Website / App / System Designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, interaction design, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to create engaging animations and micro-interactions.
